Use of Ponderosa Long Distance represents acceptance
of the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Rates,
Terms and Conditions of Service document for Interstate and International
services, and tariffs filed with the CPUC for Intrastate services. These
documents are available for your inspection at our business office located at
47034 Road 201 O'Neals, California during normal business hours 8:00 AM to 4:30
PM, Monday through Friday. The Interstate and International Rates, Terms and
